Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the packaging it came in.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized clay earrings: Items made to specific requests, including custom designs or personalized colors, cannot be returned.
  • Clay earrings with visible signs of wear: Earrings that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase are not eligible for return.
  • Hygiene-sensitive products: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings that have been removed from their sealed packaging.

To Complete Your Return

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned clay earrings, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
